| Cancellations | A play group cancellation will be charged full fee unless it is made the day before. Holiday reservations require 50% prepayment at booking; holiday cancellations for housesitting with less than 1 week notice will incur a 50% penalty unless the space can be filled in which case the penalty is 10%. |

Forms of payment accepted are cash and checks payable to TailWaggers. There is a $25 returned check fee. |
